We accept returns for products in conditions as below: (Shipping fee will not be refunded)

  1. Products are in original condition within the BTP black box.   (Note):when the release paper (white paper) on the back adhesive been unsealed or removed, we will no longer accept the return.
  2. When the product is defective, please send photos of defective area to BTP service department for check out before return the product.  The email is : service@btpbartape.com

Once we receive the return products and the return products matched to the return requirement, we will process your return which will take about 5 business days.

Please note no shipping fee will be refunded when the return is made.
